Quest Community Health Centre (formerly Greater St. Catharines Community Health Centre) is a non-profit organization committed to providing quality primary health care and social services to the residents of the Greater St. Catharines area. We are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of community leaders, professionals and other representatives from the area.		Funding is provided by Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand, Brant LHIN and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. A range of community-based health and social services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary team including physicians,nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, health promotion coordinators, social workers, counsellors and other health professionals in our community.
